What we offer
A customized platform for any need.
  • Through our technological platform, it is possible to create a customized online interface for each event. The FAD MZV technological platform was created specifically for our Company and is for its exclusive use
  • The customer can access the platform as a user. Every modification, setting and customization is made directly by MZV, in agreement with the customer
  • The platform can be accessed by any user with a suitable device and internet connection.
    Users can view and use the contents after authentication, using the credentials provided after registering for the event

MZ Events is an ECM FAD Provider (ID 966) and is therefore able to accredit Distance Training courses in full compliance with the relevant legislation.
The MZV technological platform has been evaluated and approved by AGENAS (Italy) and therefore complies with all the government defined standards.
When necessary, MZ is therefore able to manage ECM accreditation in all its phases:

  • collection of necessary documentation
  • management of accreditation process
  • participant attendance/presence control
  • setting and correction control of online learning questionnaires with double randomization
  • event quality questionnaire
  • generation of ECM certificates

Synchronous Distance learning (Webinar)

  • Synchronous/Webinar project set-up with customized graphics on the platform
  • Coordination, management and assistance in all organizational phases
  • Activation of the online registration system (with free or paid fee)
  • Preparation and use of the online system for live connection of participants and speakers
  • Real-time direction for Webinar progress control
  • Real-time help desk for speakers and participants
  • Creation of customized graphic layout for the promotional material for the event and publication on the MZ Events website
  • Event promotion and follow-up through different channels, including sending of promotional newsletters with mass-mailing system (MailUp)
  • Communication, reminders and instructions sent to all registered participants
  • Preparation of certificates of participation with customized graphic layout
  • Video files and recordings of the Webinar sent to the customer via WeTransfer
  • Organizational and administrative management of speakers/moderators
  • Assistance to speakers with technical tests in view of the Webinar. If required, the possibility to record the Webinar or the individual interventions at the MZ studio

Asynchronous Distance Learning

  • Project setting with customized graphics on a specific platform
  • Coordination and organization management
  • Activation of the registration system (with free or paid fee)
  • Creation of customized graphic layout for the promotional flyer of the event and publication on the MZ Events website
  • Certificates of participation with customized graphic layout
  • Event promotion and follow-up through different channels, including sending of promotional newsletters with mass-mailing system (MailUp)
  • Communication, reminders and instructions sent to all participants
  • Organizational and administrative management of speakers/moderators
  • Assistance dedicated to speakers for the recording of presentation: assisted recording at the MZ studio or the creation of detailed instructions for autonomously recording interventions with dedicated software
  • Collection of documentation and teaching material from the Scientific Responsible and speakers
